Will Young has revealed that his new music video required him to be stricken by lightning.
The Pop Idol winner, world Health Organization has not released an album since 2005's Keep On, told Heat that filming the promo for new unmarried 'Changes' was "an exceedingly long day".
He said: "This was likely the hardest video I've ever through with. I ran up and down country lanes, was struck by lightning, coif on fire and closely drowned. It's amazing what you'll do for music!"
Young added that he was also made to "drink foul-smelling soup, dance in a hay-filled barn with a twist machine, and tortured prevarication in cold water with my head on rocks".
